I’m Georgiana, CEO and Principal Consultant of DiamondTale Consulting. I help mission-driven women take important ideas seriously and build the structure to make them real.
My background spans education policy, workforce development, project management, partnerships, and systems change. I have led complex initiatives across government, nonprofit, and higher education spaces, translating bold vision into practical action.
What I do best is help women move from buried ideas and quiet misalignment to clarity, structure, and meaningful forward motion. My work combines strategy, reflection, and grounded execution so that what matters most no longer has to stay on the sidelines.
